Patient Billing

At our office we do our best to offer affordable dental treatment so that you can achieve optimal oral health regardless of your financial situation.  We will do our best to work with you so that you can receive the dental care you need.  For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  For those patient's who may not be able to pay for dental treatment up front, we also offer payment plans through Care Credit (visit our "Care Credit" page for more details).  These payment plans must be determined before treatment has begun.
 
Our office is a fee for service practice.  If you have dental insurance, we will bill the insurance company after treatment, and once the insurance payment is made, any remaining balance is your responsibility.  Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. The balance is due and payable in full at that time unless previous arrangements have been made.  Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
