Crowns

Case #1: Patient presented with severely worn down lower front teeth that made it difficult to chew.  Patient desired functional outcome that also improved esthetics. Treatment completed by Dr. Andrew P. Nelson.

Case #2:  Patient presented with broken crown on front tooth.  Patient had always been unhappy with the color of the crown and was looking for a durable, esthetic solution.  Treatment completed by Dr. Andrew P. Nelson. 

Cerec (One Visit dentistry)

Case #1:  Patient has old silver filling that has discolored tooth and created cracks in the tooth.  Patient desired an esthetic solution that would also protect the tooth.  Patient was determined to be a candidate for a one visit crown.  Treatment completed by Dr. Andrew P. Nelson.  

Combination Cases (Implants, crowns, veneers, etc.)

Case #1:  Patient presented with desire for more esthetically pleasing smile and alignment of teeth.  The decision was made to treat with a combination of implants and crowns on the top teeth.  Treatment completed by Dr. Edward P. Nelson.

Veneers

Case #1: Patient presented with worn down front teeth and desire for more esthetic, durable teeth.  Treatment consisted of three veneers.  Patient wanted to keep spacing between her front teeth for more natural appearance. Treatment completed by Dr. Andrew P. Nelson. 

Case #2: Patient presented with old bonding on two front teeth.  Patient wanted a solution that would be more durable and esthetic.  Treatment completed by Dr. Edward P. Nelson.

Case #3: Patient presented with old bonding and veneers on front teeth. Patient wanted an improvement in the esthetics and decided to have new veneers placed.  Treatment completed by Dr. Edward P. Nelson

  Implant Reconstruction

Case #1: Patient presented with old crowns that had failed, leaving a large space and drastically diminished ability to chew and be comfortable in social environments. Patient did not want a denture and decided to restore with dental implants.  Treatment completed by Dr. Andrew P. Nelson.
